Beginning in Delhi and covering Haridwar, Barkot, Uttarkashi, Guptkashi, and Srinagar, this journey blends devotion, adventure, and breathtaking Himalayan landscapes. Experience sacred rituals like Ganga Aarti at Har-ki-Pauri, holy dips in the Ganges at Gangotri, darshan at Kedarnath and Badrinath temples, and serene moments at Mana Village and Lakshman Jhula. Day 1: Delhi → Haridwar
Meet & greet at Delhi Airport/Railway Station and drive to Haridwar. Check in and refresh before visiting Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi temples (ropeway optional). As dusk falls, gather at Har-ki-Pauri for the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti, a riverfront spectacle of lamps and chants that sets the spiritual tone for your yatra. Return to the hotel for dinner and rest. Overnight in Haridwar.
Day 2: Haridwar → Barkot
After breakfast, set out along the Bhagirathi valley towards Barkot—your gateway to Yamunotri. Enjoy mountain vistas and apple orchards en route. On arrival, check in and relax; your team will brief you on tomorrow’s trek/pony/doli logistics, recommended clothing, hydration, and temple timings. Early dinner to ensure a refreshed start next morning. Overnight in Barkot.
Day 3: Barkot → Yamunotri Darshan → Barkot
Drive to Janki Chatti (~45 km) to begin the ascent to Yamunotri Temple by walk/pony/doli (own cost; typical return range shared in pre-brief). Pay respects at the sanctum, take darshan of Maa Yamuna, and (time permitting) experience Surya Kund prasad. Descend to Janki Chatti and drive back to Barkot. Evening at leisure for rest and gentle acclimatization. Overnight in Barkot.
Day 4: Barkot → Uttarkashi
Morning at ease; pilgrims may independently visit Lakhamandal cave-temple complex (own cost) if desired. Continue to Uttarkashi (approx. 80 km). En route or on arrival, visit Prakateshwar Cave Temple (about 150 steps) and Kashi Vishwanath Temple of Uttarkashi. Check in and prepare for the next day’s early start to Gangotri. Overnight in Uttarkashi.
Day 5: Uttarkashi → Gangotri Darshan → Uttarkashi
Pre-dawn departure for the scenic drive to Gangotri (~100 km; ~5 hrs). On arrival, take a holy dip (as feasible) in the sacred Bhagirathi, perform pooja, and seek blessings at Gangotri Temple. Soak in the serenity of deodar forests and glacier-fed waters before returning to Uttarkashi by evening. Rest and recuperate. Overnight in Uttarkashi.
Day 6: Uttarkashi → Guptkashi / Rampur
A beautiful Himalayan run today (~230 km). Pass by the mammoth Tehri Dam, and, if time allows, pay homage at Dhari Devi Temple. Continue via river valleys to Guptkashi/Rampur; optional visits (time permitting) to Guptkashi Temple or Kalimath. Check in, followed by a Kedarnath briefing covering Sonprayag–Gaurikund shuttles, trek/pony/doli/heli procedures, baggage tips, and weather advisories. Overnight in Guptkashi/Rampur.
Day 7: Guptkashi/Rampur → Kedarnath
Early transfer to Sonprayag (shuttle to Gaurikund), then begin the 17 km ascent to Kedarnath on foot/pony/doli (own cost). Heli pilgrims report to Sersi/Phata/Guptkashi helipads as per slots, then walk ~1 km from Kedarnath helipad to the temple. After darshan/pooja at Shri Kedarnath, soak in the ethereal ambience ringed by snow-clad peaks. Night halt at Kedarnath (as per your chosen mode/permit) or return same day to base as per plan note below. Overnight at Kedarnath or Rampur/Guptkashi (per option).
Day 8: Kedarnath → Guptkashi / Rampur
Those halting at Kedarnath descend to Gaurikund after breakfast and shuttle back to Sonprayag to reunite with the vehicle. The rest day is reserved for rest, hot meals, and recovery at base. Your tour manager will reconfirm next day’s departure and Badrinath route status. Overnight in Guptkashi/Rampur.
Day 9: Guptkashi / Rampur → Badrinath (via Joshimath)
Post breakfast, drive along the Alaknanda valley to Badrinath. En route, visit Joshimath (including Narsingh Temple, time permitting). On arrival at Badrinath, check in, refresh, and proceed (as timings allow) for Badrinath Temple darshan or evening aarti. Overnight in Badrinath.
Day 10: Badrinath → Mana Village Sightseeing → Srinagar (Uttarakhand)
After breakfast and temple rituals, explore Mana Village (time permitting): Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, Bheem Pul, Saraswati Udgam, Keshav Prayag; en route views of Vishnuprayag and Garud Ganga. Later drive to Srinagar (U’khand) for a comfortable halt to break the journey towards the plains. Overnight in Srinagar.
Day 11: Srinagar → Rishikesh → Delhi (Departure)
After breakfast, descend to Rishikesh; visit Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Parmarth Niketan (as time allows). Continue to Delhi Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey, carrying home blessings from the four sacred Dhams.
